The Dictao Electronic Decision-Making Signature File gives electronic documents the same legal value as hand-signed paper files. The Signature File contains electronic documents still awaiting the completion of the approval circuit (meaning they have not yet been validated or signed by all necessary parties).

Each person involved in the decision process receives documents directly from the Signature File, which can then be validated or signed electronically. These documents are then submitted back to the Signature File. The documents are accessible from mobile devices, computers, etc., according to where people are located, whether at the office or on a business trip.
