Overview

Certified and Qualified
Dictao Validation Server is the only European product of its kind that is qualified and certified at the EAL3+ level of the Common Criteria by the French Network and Information Security Agency (FNISA), an impartial and competent authority that reports to the Prime Minister. The EAL3+ certification and qualification awarded by the FNISA attests to Dictao Validation Server's continuing reliability, robustness and compliance with the most demanding regulatory framework.
DVS is authorized by the Bundesnetzagentur, and conforms to the German legislative framework concerning qualified personal digital signatures (SigG and SigV).

- Signature validation : XML , binary, and multiple signatures, co-signatures, counter-signatures
- Certificate validation : the validity, the association of a valid CA (Certificate Authority), the revocation status, etc. Other elements can be taken into account at the time of the certificate validation (the certificate whitelist, certificate DN whitelist, etc.)
- Proof management : constitution of proof, signature, timestamping, archiving
