Description

Validao is an online service, available as either a hosted or licensed service, which allows its users to digitally sign a document or verify a signature in a matter of clicks.

Use scenarios

Dematerialization of calls for tender and government procurement

With Validao, the contracting authority (the State and its public establishments, local authorities) and enterprise can:

  • Digitally sign and authenticate purchase orders. The digital signature replaces the manual signature, and serves to eliminate paper flows.
  • Verify the authenticity of signed and exchanged documents (through the signature verification function), and constitute the necessary proof.

Dematerialization of purchase orders

  • The enterprise digitally signs the purchase orders to authenticate them. The digital signature replaces the manual signature, and allows for the elimination of paper processes.
  • Suppliers can verify the authenticity of the purchase orders received (signature verification).

Dematerialization of invoices

  • The enterprise representative digitally signs invoices, in order to give them legally binding value and also eliminate paper processes.
  • The clients of the enterprise verify the authenticity of the invoices that they receive.
