Online Gaming in Schleswig-Holstein Conference

The German state Schleswig-Holstein is preparing to open its online gaming market in March of 2012.
During this conference, the Schleswig-Holstein authorities will present to operators the key requirements of the laws, as well as the applications and technical processes that can be implemented to ensure authorization to enter the market.

The development of electronic Enterprise-Bank transactions is rapidly growing. Thanks to the 3SKey solution, Enterprises can now depend on a single, reliable digital identity to complete multi-bank, multichannel (SWIFTNet/FileAct, EBICS, Internet) transactions in an international context. By associating the 3SKey token to electronic signature functions, which are also highly secure and certified according to international standards, it is possible to guarantee the reliability of an engagement and to create legally binding proof, useable in the case of litigation.

Dictao will present the new version of the electronic signature file at the Cartes and Identification Event in the Morpho booth. With this innovative technology, users (professionals, notaries, etc.) will be able to electronically approve documents in the signature file. Once signed, the certificate of the electronic signature is protected by the biometric imprint of the user - meaning that only by posing the signers fingerprint on the scanner can the electronic signature be activated.

Identity Management Conference and Exhibition
