Jacques Pantin - President and Founder

Building on operations and management skills sharpened through diverse senior executive positions and successful entrepreneurial endeavors, Jacques launched Dictao in 2000. He brings over 25 years of experience in creating and developing new ventures.

Jacques began his dynamic career at management consulting firm Arthur D. Little, where he developed the Information Management service. He then went on to become Executive Vice-President of Software, Telecommunications and Peripherals at Bull, Executive Director of Transformation Services at Steria, CEO of two Steria subsidiaries and finally Executive Vice-President of Strategy and Marketing back at Bull.

Following these enriching management experiences, Jacques stepped out on his own in 1994 to create and direct Dictis, a strategic consulting firm specializing in emerging technologies. Dictis served as an incubator for a number of successful start-ups initiated by Jacques, including Dictao.

Jacques earned an engineering degree at Ecole Supérieure d'Electricité (Supélec) and a Masters at Paris Dauphine University . He is a recognized authority on IT security and electronic applications and is frequently called on to appear as a keynote speaker at various conferences, such as the CXP Forum, and seminars for various organizations, including Gartner Group. He has served as a jury member for the prestigious SESAME awards, internationally recognized for setting global standards and honoring innovative card and identification solutions, and is also a regular advisor to assorted government departments and banks, as well as the French committee for banking organization and standardization (CFONB).

Florent Latour - Managing Director

Prior to joining Dictao at the end of 2002, Florent was Vice-President of Operations at PowerSteering Software, a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software developer based out of Boston , USA . This position offered him the opportunity to work closely with companies such as Raytheon, General Electric and Fidelity Investments.

He began his career at management consulting firm Arthur D. Little, where he participated in strategic analyses for clients such as Matra Hachette, Schneider Electric and Bouygues Telecom.

Florent completed his undergraduate degree at the HEC School of Management in Paris, and his MBA at Harvard.

Olivier Clémot - Vice-President of Operations

Before joining Dictao in 2005, Olivier was Vice-President of Engineering at ActivCard (now ActivIdentity), where he was responsible for the global production of ActivCard software and managed a design and development team of over 120 people divided across four sites ( California , Canada , Europe and India ).

Olivier graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris with a specialization in Information Systems and Corporate Networks.

François Thill - CFO

François came to Dictao in 2004, after a first experience at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He oversees the financial and administrative activities of the company.

François graduated from the HEC School of Management in Paris.
